口腔种植修复临床效果十年回顾研究

A ten-year-long retrospective study on clinical effect of oral implant repair

目的研究分析口腔种植修复临床效果。方法选择2000年7月至2010年7月于我院行口腔修复治疗的患者629例，运用了Branemark种植法、上置法植骨术、上颌窦底提升植骨术、牙槽突垂直骨牵引术等方法进行口腔种植修复。结果629例患者中，624例对修复效果满意，4例重新修复后感觉满意，1例对修复效果表示勉强可以接受。结论口腔种植治疗是一门新兴的学科，患者的满意度比较高，但关于口腔种植修复的研究仍然处在不断的探索发展中。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of oral implant repair. Methods 629 cases of patients admitted in our hospital with oral implant repair treatment from July 2000 to July 2010 were selected, using a Branemark planting method, upper setting method for bone graft surgery, antrum bottom ascending plant bone surgery, and alveolar process vertical bone traction method for oral implant repair. Results In 629 patients, 624 cases felt satisfied with the repair effect, 4 cases had satisfaction after repairing, only 1 patient forced to accept. Conclusion Oral planting treatment is a new subject with higher patient＇s satisfaction degree, but its relative research is still in the development of continuous exploration field.
