摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘急性发作期患者采用小青龙汤治疗的效果及安全性。方法研究中的105例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者均为来我院进行治疗的病例,将其随机分为对照组53例,采用西医常规治疗,研究组52例,给予西医常规治疗及小青龙汤治疗。14天后对两组患者的治疗效果及PEF、EOS及不良反应情况进行比较。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为88.46%,明显高于对照组的75.47%(P〈0.05),研究组与对照组的显效时间比较(5.7±0.9天VS7.1±1.3天)更短(P〈0.05),治疗后研究组患者的PEF南(60.35±2.71)%升高到(81.69±2.63)%.而EOS由(481.2±151.59)×10^6/L降低到(311.8±53.65)×10^6/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论支气管哮喘急性发作患者在西医治疗的基础上给予小青龙汤治疗能够显著的提高治疗效果,具有更好的改善肺功能的作用,对EOS水平的降低也具有较好的效果,且不增加患者的不良反应发生率,可以在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoqinglongtang in treatment for bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation. Methods 105 cases of bronchial asthma with acute exacerbation were selected from our hospital, they were randomly divided into control group (53 cases), given conventional Western treatment, research group (52 cases), given routine western treatment and Xiaoqinglongtang therapy. The effects, peak expiratory flow (PEF), and the eosinophil (EOS) concentration and adverse reaction rate of two groups after 14 days of treatment were compared. Results Treatment efficiency of research group ( 88.46% ) was significantly higher than that in the control group ( 75.47% ) (P〈0.05), the effectual time of research group ( 5.7±0.9 ) days was significantly shorter than that of control group ( 7.1 ±1.3 ) days (P〈0.05), after treatment, PEF of research group was significantly higher compared with that before treatment [60.35 ± 2.71 ) % vs ( 81.69 ±2.63 ) %] , and the EOS was lower compared with that before treatment [( 481.2 ± 151.59 ) × 10^6/L vs( 311.8± 53.65 ) × 10^6/L], with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation treated with Western medicine and the Xiaoqinglongtang therapy can significantly improve treatment effect, with better improvements in lung function, and also with good results on the EOS level reducing, without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, which can be applied in clinical practice.
