摘要
目的探讨动态血糖监测对老年2型糖尿病血糖控制质量的作用。方法选取2009年9月至2012年5月间我院住院治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者80例作为观察组，同期选择健康体检老年人80例作为对照组，两组都进行三天的动态血糖监测。结果两组连续三天检测的空腹血糖值与餐后2h血糖值对比有明显差异，观察组明昴大于对照组俨〈0．05）。结论老年2型糖尿病患者普遍存在，是导致患者预后的独立影响因素，动态血糖检测可以了解患者的动态血糖变化规律，有较高的准确度，有良好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the effects of glucose monitoring in blood sugar quality control for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from September 2009 to May 2012 were chosen as the observation group, other 80 cases of healthy elderly persons were selected at the same period as the control group, two groups were carried out with a three- day-long continuous glucose monitoring. Results After three consecutive days of detecting, the fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose values of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The existing prevalence of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is an independent factor for prognostic, glucose monitoring can observe the variation of the patient＇s blood glucose with high accuracy and good prospect.
