单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of Monostalotetrahcxosylgangliside on peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy

目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床疗效。方法将172例化疗后出现末梢神经炎的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组，治疗组86例给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠40mg，静脉滴注，1次，d；对照组86例给予维生素B6片60mg，口服，3次／d，两组用药直至化疗结束，并分别进行疗效评定。结果治疗组末梢神经炎的缓解率为80．2％，明显高于对照组（8．1％），组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠可缓解乳腺癌患者化疗后末梢神经炎。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Monostalotetrahexosylgangliside （GM1） in treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy. Methods 172 cases of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with 86 cases was treated with GM1, 40 mg, intravenous infusion, one time a day, until the end of chemotherapy. Control group with 86 patients was treated with vitamin B6 tablets 60 mg, orally, three times a day, until the end of chemotherapy. Two groups were assessed respectively for efficacy. Results The effect of treatment group （80.2%） was obviously better than that of control group （8.1%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions GM1 can relieve peripheral neuritis of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.
