摘要 经过多年持续建设,我国城市绿地率已达相当高的比例,但环境恶化之势仍未获根本扭转,其主要原因在于城市景观综合生态机能之衰退。建筑与绿地是城市景观的主要构成要素,在难以持续、迅速增加城市绿地的前提下,通过改善既有绿地的生态质量来满足城市发展之需要,是当前生态建设的紧迫任务。居住小区量大面广,以建筑与绿地结合之方式,利用当前居住小区规划建设中人车分层等若干突出特征,发挥绿地的生态教化功能,增加绿量,为城市提供大量多种野生动物栖息地,并采用绿地与建筑结合的被动式生态设计方法,可有效地改善居住小区生态环境,优化城市综合生态机能。 After years of sustained development, China has reached a very high rate of urban green space ratio, but the trend of environmental degradation has not been fundamentally reversed, mainly due to its ecological function of urban synthesis recession. Buildings and green space are the main elements of the urban landscape, in the difficult to sustain a rapid and massive increase in the premise of urban green space, both by improving the ecological quality of green space to meet the needs of urban development, is the urgent task of the current ecological construction. Wide range of large residential area, with the construction of ways and green space, using the current planning and construction of residential quarters a number of prominent human car layering features, play eco-educational function of green space, increase the amount of green, the city offers a large number of species of wild animals habitat, and the use of green space and the construction of passive eco-design approach, can effectively improve the living cell environment, optimize the urban ecological function.
