摘要
常规公交作为我国大部分中小城市的公共交通主体,由于换乘不便、运行效率不高、与土地利用模式结合不紧密等原因,其在竞争中逐渐处于劣势,并影响到交通结构和土地利用模式的优化。要强化常规公交在中小城市和大城市部分区域的优先发展,离不开土地利用模式与常规公交系统的协调发展。该文通过对湖北省黄石市四个常规公交枢纽节点500m影响范围内的土地使用特征、交通设施配置特征和居民出行特征的数据调查,寻找这些特征之间相互影响的作用机制,对构建面向常规公交导向的中小城市土地利用与公共交通一体化提出建议。
Conventional public transport which is the main form of the public transport for most small and medium-sized cities in our country, due to such reasons as the inconvenience of transfer, the low operation efficiency, and not closely combining with land use patterns, it's at a disadvantage gradually in the competition, and affects the transport structure and the optimization of land-use pattern. To strengthen the priority development of the conventional public transport in small and medium-sized cities and part areas in big cities, it can't leave the coordinated development of the land-use pattern and conventional public transport system. Based on the data investigation of the land-use characteristics, transport facilities configuration characteristics and residents travel characters of the areas within the 500 meters, the influence scope of four conventional public transport hub node in Hubei province, Huangshi city, we discuss the mechanism that these features influence each other, and put forward the proposals for the establishment of the integration of land-use and public transport for small and medium-sized city which makes the conventional public transport as guidance.
