摘要
为了便捷快速地检测到TNT等炸药违禁品,介绍了一种基于纳米分子印迹的炸药探测传感器设计.以分子印迹技术的特异吸附性结合压电晶体的质电灵敏转换特性,实现对炸药的灵敏探测;同时简要介绍了检测电路的设计原理.通过实验表明该传感器可以实现对硝铵炸药里的NHO3NH4以及TNT的检测达到μg级.该传感器可设计成小巧轻便的手持设备,便于火车站、飞机场、码头等大型公共场所的安全检查.
For detecting TNT and other explosives, the design of explosive detection based on nano-- molecular imprinted sensor is introduced. Its specific adsorption of molecular imprinting technique combined with the electric sensitive conversion of the piezoelectric crystal achieves the sensitive detection of explosive. The principle of the detection circuit is introduced briefly. The experiment shows that the sensor can achieve detection of ammonia dynamite NHO3NH4 and TNT at 9g level. The sensor can be designed as a portable device to facilitate the security check of train stations, airports, docks and other public places.
