以盆腔包块为首发症状的妇科淋巴瘤9例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 9 Cases of Gynecological Lymphoma with the First Symptom of Pelvic Mass

目的探讨以盆腔包块为首发症状的妇科淋巴瘤的诊治方法和预后.方法回顾性分析9例以盆腔包块为首发症状后经手术证实为淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,诊断主要依靠手术病理.结果 9例患者中均出现腹胀、腹痛症状,仅少数出现全身症状.CA125高于200 U/mL者4例,伴腹水7例,伴胸水1例,深部淋巴结肿大的有2例.生存时间为2～56个月.结论淋巴瘤以盆腔包块为首发症状就诊,易误诊为卵巢癌.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gynecological lymphoma with the first symptom of pelvic mass. Method A retrospective analysis on the clinical data from 9 cases of gynecological lymphoma that were diagnosed that the first symptom was pelvic mass and the diagnoses were confirmed by the pathological examination after the surgery. Results All of 9 patients showed abdominal distension, abdominal pain, but only a few of them showed systemic symptoms. There were 4 cases whose CA125 levels were higher than 200 U/mL in four cases, 7 cases complicated with ascites, 1 case with pleural effusion and 2 cases with deep lymph node enlargement. The survival times were 2-56 months. Conclusion The lymphoma with the first symptom of pelvic mass may be often misdiagnosed as ovarian cancer.
