摘要
对温和化学渗透法破碎酵母细胞以释放乙醇脱氢酶 (ADH)的可能性进行了研究 ;研究了温和化学渗透剂 (甘氨酸、丙氨酸 )进行细胞破碎时 ,其破碎时间、化学渗透剂浓度、溶液pH值、添加表面活性剂 (TritonX 10 0 )的浓度对细胞破碎率及目的蛋白质的影响 ;建立了细胞破碎的动力学方程。
