摘要 对温和化学渗透法破碎酵母细胞以释放乙醇脱氢酶 (ADH)的可能性进行了研究 ;研究了温和化学渗透剂 (甘氨酸、丙氨酸 )进行细胞破碎时 ,其破碎时间、化学渗透剂浓度、溶液pH值、添加表面活性剂 (TritonX 10 0 )的浓度对细胞破碎率及目的蛋白质的影响 ;建立了细胞破碎的动力学方程。 A study is made on the possibility of mild chemical permeabilization agents,such as glucine and alanine ,disrupting the cell to release alcohol dehydrogenase Disruption time, mild chemical permeabilization agents concentration , pH of the solution ,surfactant concentration were studied ,which affects the disruption cell efficiency and protein recovery The protein release kinetics of a permeabilization process using glycine and alanine were characterized
