稀土金属血卟啉的研制及其分子光谱分析

摘要 本文采用咪唑法成功地制备出了6种稀土(包括 L_a、N_d,E_u、E_r、y_b 和 y)金属血卟啉络合物的基础上,首次对它们进行了系统的分子光谱(包括 UV-VIS 光谱、萤光发射光谱和 FT-IR 光谱)测试和分析研究。根据这6种络合物的分子光谱图,证实了这类新化合物结构的正确性,计算了它们的萤光发射光谱有关数据(量子数 I_f。 In this article,the rare earth metal(inclubing:La,N^dEu,Er,Ya anbY)-hema toporphyrin complsxes have been prepareb suc-cessfully using the imibazole method Their UV-VIS,fluorescent emission and FT-IR spectra have been measured forthe first time.Accorbing to the spectra of the six torn plexes,the correctness of their structures has been conformed,their I_f,φ_f and(v_f^(-3))_(AV) have been calculated,anb their vibration peaks have been classified experientially.It has been found that φ_f of the rare earth metallohematoporphyrin was greater than analogous rare earth metallohe matoporphyrin,rnetallohernatoporphyrin and hernatoporphyrin.It was proved also that the rare earth metallohernato-porphyrins have wide potential applications in the biagnosis and treatment of cancer.This work should providea useful experiment al foundation for further work.
