摘要
2004年以来,巡回审判在我国诸多地区推行、复兴,规范化、专业化趋势明显,适用范围相对特定,运行方式多元便利。但在"一刀切"的推行过程中,各方参与者的部分利益被忽视。巡回审判的重心应在于化解纠纷,专业性巡回法庭是巡回审判制度发展的一个方向。巡回审判制度的完善,在于协调法官、当事者和其他参与者的利益。
Since 2004, assizes have been implemented in many areas of our country and shown a very clear revival trend. Assizes have demonstrated many characteristics such as standardized construction, specialization trend, specific scope and diverse and convenient operational patterns, However, in the ＂one size fits all＂ implementation process, the benefits of all participants have been neglected. The focal point of assizes should be to resolve disputes and the construction of professional circuit courts should be a development direction of assize system in the future. The consummation of assizes lies in the coordination of the inter- ests of judges, clients and other parties concerned.
