摘要
该文提出一种基于多Agent的可重构能力强、实时性好、智能程度高、便于实际应用的分布式智能故障诊断系统模型,并详细阐述该模型诊断工作过程。模型根据汽车起重机各子系统并行感知故障的情况,动态地组建Agent诊断组,共同完成诊断任务。在某工程机械企业的远程监控与维护系统应用中,该模型能快速、准确地进行故障成因分析,给出合理的决策意见,取得了与专家相似的诊断结果,提高了企业的安全运行效率。
This paper presents an intelligent Agent-based, distributive fault diagnosis systematic model, which has fine reconfigu- rability, real-time, intelligence and convenient for application, and makes a detailed description for its working process. Agents are assembled to accomplish diagnosis task according to the result of fault apperceived by autocrane subsystems in parallel. When applied on the remote monitoring and maintenance system in the construction machinery enterprise, the model can offer us a quick and accurate analysis, give us reasonable, constructive and decisive advice, and enhance the efficiency of the enterprise secu- rity running.
