通过对现有车载视频监控终端的改进研究,提出了新型车载视频监控终端的硬件设计思路及软件设计方案;给出了硬件控制处理器技术开发设计、视频编解码模块功能设计和无线传输模块应用功能的设计思路;实现了在车载视频监控操作系统管理下主要软件模块的功能,分析了其开发的关键技术。
