鸡肺相关凝集素及其天然免疫机制 被引量:5

摘要 目前,鸡呼吸系统疾病已成为制约养禽业生产的主要问题,尤以肺部病变在病原菌参与下对鸡只健康造成不可逆转的危害为主。使用疫苗能够建立起机体的特异性免疫反应,但是抗体的产生需要一定的时间,在机体的特异性免疫反应建立之前,一旦有病原体侵入,机体将陷入困境。因此,从机体的非特异性免疫反应出发,寻找与家禽呼吸系统天然免疫防御功能有关的基因,并进而研究其功能,是降低呼吸系统疾病危害的重要途径。
