漂浮导管技术在危重症患者围术期的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨漂浮导管在危重症患者围术期的临床应用效果以及并发症的防治。方法分析6例ASA(美国麻醉医师协会)分级在3级以上的危重症患者围术期,使用漂浮导管指导救治的效果。结果根据漂浮导管血流动力学监测指标指导救治6例患者,有5例危重症患者平稳度过围术期,1例于术后1 h死亡。结论在围术期中,危重症患者使用漂浮导管进行血流动力学监测是安全、可靠的,且并发症少,能够降低麻醉风险,对指导危重症患者围术期的抢救有重要意义,但所检测的数据要根据不同病人的病理、生理特点具体分析。 Objective To discuss the clinical application effects and complication prevention of Swan-Ganz catheter in perioperative critically ill patients. Methods Six critically ill patients pa- tient with ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) score over grade 3 were included in the study and the curative effects of Swan-Ganz catheter on those patients were analyzed. Results Ac- cording to the Swan-Ganz catheter hemodynamic monitoring indicators guide treatment, five out of these six critically ill patients smoothly went through perioperative period, and only one postopera- tive death was observed. Conclusion During the perioperative period, it is safe and reliable for crit- ically ill patients to use Swan-Ganz catheter. The monitering of the hemodynamics showed that it has less complication and it can reduce the risk of anesthesia. Thus it is of significance in guiding the rescue work for perioperative critically ill patients.
