复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

Therapeutic observation of compound glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine in the treatment of chronic eczema

目的观察慢性湿疹患者给予复方甘草酸苷与依匹斯汀联合治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取本院2010年1月—12月收治的128例慢性湿疹患者,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组给予复方甘草酸苷与依匹斯汀联合治疗,观察2组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的85.9%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷与依匹斯汀联合治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著,而且治疗过程中无不良反应发生,安全性相对较高,值得临床中应用与推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 128 chronic eczema patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly divided into control and obser- vation groups. The control group was administered conventional compound glycyrrhizin treatment, while the observation group was administered compound glyeyrrhizin combined with epinastine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effectiveness rate of the obser- vation group was 93.8 %, significantly higher than the 85.9 % of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined compound glycyrrhizin with epinastine is feasible in the treatment of chronic eczema with significant curative effect. No adverse reactions take place in the course of treatment. Thus it is comparatively safe, and is worthy of clini- cal application.
