门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针持续微量泵给药对肝性脑病患者肝功能及血氨水平的影响 被引量:5

Effects of sustained micro-pump injection of ornithine aspartate needle on liver function and blood ammonia for patients with hepatic encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针持续微量泵注入治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法将71例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),治疗组应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针微量泵注入,对照组应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针静脉滴注。观察2组患者神志恢复正常时间及治疗前后肝功能、血氨值变化情况。结果治疗组患者苏醒时间为(11.2±2.1)h,对照组苏醒时间为(18.5±2.3)h,治疗组患者苏醒时间明显短于对照组。2组治疗后血氨、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)均较治疗前明显降低;治疗组治疗后血氨、ALT、TBIL水平明显低于对照组治疗后。结论应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针持续微量泵注入比单纯静脉滴注疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of sustained micro - pump injection of ornithine aspartate needle in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Seventy - one pa- tients with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 36) and con- trol group ( n = 35). The treatment group was administered micro- pump injection of ornithine as- partate needle while the control group applied intravenous drip of ornithine aspartate needle. Both groups, in terms of conscious recovery time and changes of liver function and blood ammonia before and after treatment, were observed. Results Patients' revival time of the treatment group (11.2 ± 2.1) h was significantly shorter than that of the control group (18.5 ± 2.3) h. After treatment, blood ammonia, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBIL) all markedly decreased compared with before treatment, and the levels of blood ammonia, ALT and TBIL in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Sustained micro - pump injection of ornithine aspartate needle has better therapeutic effects in comparison with simple intravenous drip, being worthy of popularization and application.
