摘要
糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病之一，目前全球有糖尿病患者约1．7亿，到2030年预计将达到3．66亿，其中85％～90％为2型糖尿病（配DM）。2型糖尿病是由于胰岛素抵抗和B细胞分泌缺陷导致高血糖的一种复杂多基因疾病，目前降低2型糖尿病并发症主要通过严格控制高血糖，包括饮食、运动、口服降糖药及使用胰岛素，但很少能使患者的血糖恢复正常水平。
