26例终末期糖尿病肾病患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of 26 patients with final stage diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨护理干预在终末期糖尿病肾病治疗中的作用。方法对26例终末期糖尿病肾病患者进行常规治疗的同时,配合血液透析护理、并发症护理、饮食指导和心理护理干预。结果 25例患者积极配合治疗,1例患者因经济原因放弃治疗,治疗过程中均无严重不良反应,取得满意效果。结论对终末期糖尿病肾病患者进行血液透析护理、并发症护理、饮食指导和心理护理干预,可大大提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with final stage diabetic nephropathy. Methyls26 patients with final stage diabetic nephropathy were treated with conventional therapy, and meanwhile they were conducted with hemodialysis nursing, complications nursing, dietary guidance and mental nursing intervention. Results 25 patients cooperated with the treatment actively, and one patient gave up treatment due to economic reasons. No patient had severe adverse reactions during the treatment, and efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion Implementation of hemodialysis nursing, complications nursing, dietary guidance and mental nursing intervention for patients with final stage diabetic nephropathy can extremely improve the quality of life of patients.
