优质护理对胫骨平台骨折功能康复的应用价值探讨

Evaluation of quality nursing on the functional rehabilitations of patients with tibial plateau fracture

目的探讨优质护理方法对胫骨平台骨折功能康复的影响。方法将110例胫骨平台骨折住院患者随机分为观察组与对照组各55例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较2组患者胫骨平台骨折功能康复效果。结果2组患者出院后随访观察6--18个月，无失访病例。观察组膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），差异具有统计学意义。结论采用优质护理方法可改善胫骨平台骨折患者术后功能康复效果，值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing on the functional rehabilitations of patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods 110 hospitalized patients with tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the observation group was conducted with quality nursing. Effect of functional rehabilitations was compared between two groups. Results All the patients had the complete follow - up observations of 6 to 18 months. The excellent rate of knee function in the observation group was significantly higher than that the control group （P〈 0.01）, and there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Application of quality nursing can improve the effect of postoperative functional rehabilitations of patients with tibial plateau fracture, so it is worthy of application and popularization.
