劳动与社会保障专业毕业生就业状况调查——以南京农业大学为例

The Survey on the Employment of Undergraduate Labor and Social Security Majors: Evidence from Nanjing Agricultural University

对南京农业大学2008～2012年劳动与社会保障专业毕业生的就业状况进行统计分析,结果显示:该专业近五年的平均就业率达到82.44%,与全国本科毕业生的平均水平大体相当,总体就业状况较为理想。进一步分析发现:劳动与社会保障专业毕业生考研和自主创业的比例相对偏低,将近一半的毕业生在民营企业工作,而在相关政府职能部门就业的比例并不高,并且以在经济相对发达地区就业为主。针对调查分析结果提出了相关的对策建议。

In this paper,we discussed the employment status of the undergraduates majoring in Labor and Social Security in Nanjing Agricultural University from 2008 to 2012.The results showed that the average employment rate of this major reached 82.44% in the last five years,and was roughly equivalent to the national average level: hence an ideal overall employment situation.Further analysis revealed that the proportion of further education in graduate programs and business pioneering is relatively low,with nearly half of the undergraduates working in private enterprises,but few in government departments and agencies,and,what's more,with the employment mainly in the relatively under-developed areas.Finally,we offered out suggestions for countermeasures.
