摘要
文章通过建立扩展型两阶段CCR模型,选取2006～2010年的17家保险公司作为样本,从微观视角测算了中国保险业经营效率。研究表明:中国保险业整体效率呈现出"N"字型趋势;保险公司经营效率的高低与公司成立的时间长短和规模大小正相关;外资保险公司的效率高于中资保险公司的效率;国有保险公司的效率高于非国有保险公司的效率;大规模保险公司的效率高于中小规模保险公司的效率。文章对保险业非效率的根源进行了分析,提出改进中国保险业效率的政策建议。
This paper establishes the extended two - stage CCR model. It takes 17 insurance companies as the samples to measure the operating efficiency of our insurance industry from microscopic perspective from 2006 to 2010. The result shows that ： the overall efficiency of the insurance industry shows＂ N＂ trend ; the operating efficiency of the insurance company is positively related to the size and duration of insurance companies, the efficiency of foreign and state - owned Companies is higher than domestic and non - state insurance companies;the large - scale insurance companies is high - efficiency. This paper gives us an analysis about the root of non - efficiency on the insurance business, and offers appropriate proposals to improve the whole efficiency of the industry.
