摘要
文章分析了未来中国科技进步需要突破的五大重点领域:—是保护、改善资源生态环境和重大工程技术方面,如新能源、新材料等技术;二是提高制造业竞争力方面,尤其是高端装备、智能电网、智能印刷等方面的技术;三是信息网络方面,云计算、第4代移动通讯、光纤宽带等技术;四是生物工程方面,基因工程、生物制药、生物材料等技术;五是国防反恐方面,制内外空、航母潜艇、通讯畅通安全、定位制导等后勤保障等技术。
This paper analyzed the future technological progress in five prior areas of china： （ 1 ） protecting and improving resources of ecological environment and significant engineering technology, such as new energy, new materials, etc ; （2） improving competitiveness of manufacturing industry, especially the high - end equipment, smart grid, and other aspects of the technology ; （ 3 ） information networks, cloud computing, the 4th generation, etc ; （4） biological engineering, genetic engineering, bio - pharmaceuticals, biological materials ; （5） defense of anti - terrorism system, the empty aircraft carrier, submarine, etc.
