眼动脉逆行药物灌注术临床小结

Clinical observation on operation of drugs perfusion retrograde into ophthalmol artery

目的 :探索一种人眼动脉逆行注药治疗眼底病的新技术。方法 :选择视网膜中央动脉、静脉阻塞者 18例 ,依实验研究的操作巧于显微镜下从眼眶之眼动脉终末支逆行插管至眼动脉主干注药入眼。结果 :施治 18例病人中 ,成功者 13例。成功的 13例中临床效果显效者 4例 ,有效者 4例 ,无效者 5例 ,有效率 6 9% ,其效果与插管深度、注射药物、病人情况、病程长短密切相关。结论 :根据本课题应用解剖学研究的结果选择眼动脉终末支进行手术注药入眼是一种科学、安全、有效。

Objective:To evaluate the method for treatment fundus diseases with drugs into ophthalmol artery,Methods:drugs were injected from ophthalmol terminal artery into its mains in 18 cases of CRAO and CRVO,depend on operative tecnique of experimental research under microscope.Results:There were 13 cases succeed in 18 cases,4cases whose clinical effect was significant,4 effect,5 noeffect,effective rat was 69%.The effect closedly related with intubed deepth,injection drugs,patients diseaseshistory.Conclusion:The operation of injected drugs into ophthalmol terminal artery is scientific,safe,effective and available.
