摘要
总结了国内外关于绿色采购机制建设的研究与发展情况,分析了我国高校绿色采购机制建设的必要性,提出了高校绿色采购机制建设的原则、绿色采购机制的构成。高校绿色采购机制的建设对于引导社会绿色消费和推动我国高等院校的可持续发展具有重要意义。
Green procurement plays a great guiding part in social green consumption and sustainable development in colleges and universities.This article summarizes the status of development and research on the green procurement.The necessary condition is analyzed on green procurement system construction of colleges and universities in China.The principles and composing are put forward for green procurement system construction in colleges and universities.
