摘要
研究性教学是提高高校本科教育质量,培养创新型人才的重要举措。研究性教学在高校本科教学实践中面临着诸多困难和问题。通过对X高校教师群体进行问卷和访谈调查发现:教师参与研究性教学的意愿不强烈,研究性教学实践存在盲目性,学校课程设置不适应研究性教学需要,研究性教学管理与考核方式不完善等问题。建立和完善相应的激励制度,减少对教师的过度干预,是深化研究性教学、提高教育质量的关键所在。
Research teaching is an important measure to enhance the quality of undergraduate education and cultivate innovative talents. However,research teaching is faced with many difficulties and problems in practice. This essay, through a questionnaire survey and interviews among the faculty of X University, comes to such findings : teachers are passive to participate in research teaching; the practice of research teaching lacks guidance; college curriculum is not compatible with research teaching; the management and evaluation of research teaching are imperfect and so on. The key to promote research teaching and improve education is to set up and complete a relevant incentive system and lessen the intervention toward teachers.
