新时期和新形势下高校辅导员的角色定位与职业生涯的新考量

College Counselor's Role Positioning and Occupation Career Consideration under the New Situation

随着中共中央办公厅、国务院[2004]16号文件的发布,高校辅导员队伍不断壮大、发展迅猛,队伍建设也走上了职业化、专业化和专家化的快车道。但在中国社会和经济发展的新时期和新形势下,高校学生的思政工作呈现出了新的特点,因此对辅导员也有了更高的要求。为了更好地适应变化,提高辅导员的工作能效,高校辅导员必须重新做好职业定位和规划与时俱进的职业生涯发展之路。

With the 16th document issued by the Central Government,the quantity of counselors has greatly increased, and the construction of the counselors has stepped into the fast lane of professinalization and specialisation. But meanwhile, under the new Situation of China＇ s rapid development of society and economy, the ideological and political work has revealed new traits,which put forward a higher request for the counselors. So in order to adjust to the changes better as well as improve the core competence, college counselors are bound to repostion their roles and make a good plan of keeping pace with the times for their occupation.
