LASIK后角膜地形图的动态分析

The active analysis of corneal topogrphy after laser in situ keratomileusis

目的 :统计、分析 L ASIK术后角膜地形图的动态变化 ,评价 L ASIK手术治疗近视的规则性、准确性、稳定性及角膜形态的变化对视力的影响。方法 :选择 L ASIK术后地形图资料完整的患者 36例 (72只眼 ) ,分析术前、术后 1天、 1周、 1个月、 3个月及 6个月地形图变化。结果 :术后 SRI、SAI较术前增大 ,术后 1周后趋于稳定 ;Simk的差值术后较术前明显减少 ,不同时期无明显变化 ;Simk的等效值术后第 1天平均改变 - 5 .46 D,术后 6个月表现一定的回退 ;术后 6个月切削形态平滑型居高 ,占88.8% ,且随时间延长 ,切削形态逐渐变规则 ,术后偏心切削占 5 0 % ,偏心切削在 1mm以内对最佳视力无明显影响。结论 :L ASIK手术术后恢复快、疗效可靠 ,术后角膜及切削形态较规则 ,高度近视有一定回退 。

Objective:To statistic and analyze the active changes of corneal topography after LASIK,and to evaluate the effect of regulation、accuracy stability and corned shape changes of LASIK curing myopic on visual acuity.Methods:36 patients (72eyes),who had whole corneal topography date,were inchuded,and the changes of corneal topographies were analyzed before surgery and 1 day,1 week,1,3,6 months after surgery.Results:The postoperative SRI and SAI value increased and got stable 1 week after KASIK;The margin of Simk was significantly decreased postoperatively without significant changes in different phases.The average change of the equivalent value of Simk was -5 46D one day after surgery,and decreasde six months after surgery.The percent of smooth ablation patten was 88 8% six months after surgery,and the longer the time was,the more regular the ablation pattern was.The percent of decentration was 50%,and there was no signinficant effect on BCVA when decentration was limitted in 1mm. Conclutions:The visual acuity recoverd quikly after LASIK,with the postoperative corneal and ablation pattern regularity.There was a regression in high myopia,in the mean time pay attention to the laser decntration.
