个体化社会已然到来,风险社会的不确定性与个体化崛起的共生互构,不断生产并再生产社会不安全,个体的不安全感不断衍生。每一个个体、团体、政府、组织都应该在自己的自我规范和社会责任中重新建立平衡。作为管理者的顶层设计应考虑并出台有利于优化个体整合的包容性社会政策,重塑社会容纳力,作为社会终极存在的个体应坚守普遍性的责任伦理,重获本体性安全,重构社会秩序。

Individualized society has come.The uncertainty of social risk accreted with the emerging individualization produces and reproduces social and individual insecurity constantly.Individual, social groups,governments,and organizations should reconstruct the balance by intensify their inner-regulation and social responsibility.The top-level design should consider and promulgate inclusive social policies for optimization of individual integration,reshape the social inclusive capacity.As the ultimate social existence,individual should adhere to the universal ethics of responsibility.
