脾酪氨酸激酶在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与癌旁淋巴管密度的关系

The expression of spleen tyrosine kinase in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with the lymphatic density in paracancerous tissue

目的探讨脾酪氨酸激酶Syk在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与癌旁淋巴管密度的关系。方法选择2011年6月～2012年6月间,在我院经确诊的38例非小细胞肺癌患者的手术切除存档切片。对这些切片进行免疫组化染色,观察并记录Syk在癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况,癌旁组织中淋巴管密度情况,同时比较癌组织中Syk同癌旁组织中淋巴管密度的关系。结果 38例非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织病理切片中,29例Syk表达阳性,占84.21%,癌旁组织中15例Syk表达阳性,占39.47%,两者比较癌组织中Syk表达高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Syk的表达与癌旁组织中淋巴管密度呈负相关(r=-0.67,P=0.017)。结论脾酪氨酸激酶在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,且脾酪氨酸激酶与癌旁淋巴管密度呈负相关,间接证明了脾酪氨酸激酶与非小细胞肺癌侵袭、转移呈负相关。

Objective To investigate the spleen tyrosine kinase （Syk） expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with the lymphatic density in paracancerous tissue. Methods Pathological section of 38 cases with non-small cell lung cancer from Jun 2011 to Jun 2012 in our hospital were restudied by immunohistochemical method. Observed and recorded the expression of Syk in cancer tissue and paracaneerous tissue, meanwhile, observed and recorded the lymphatic vessel density in paracancerous tissue. Compared the relationship between Syk in cancer tissues and lymphatic vessel density in paracancerous tissue. Results 29 cases pathological sections expressed Syk in cancer tissue, accounting for 84.21%. 15 cases pathological sections expressed Syk in paracancerous tissue, accounting for 39.47%. The Syk expression in cancer tissues was higher than the expression in the paracaneerous tissue, and the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The expression of Syk in cancer tissue was negatively correlated with lymphatic density in the paracancerous tissue （r=-0.67, P=0.017）. Conclusion The expression of spleen tyrosine kinase in non-small cell lung cancer is higher than paracancerous tissue. And the expression of Syk in cancer tissue was negatively correlated with lymphatic density in the paraeancerous tissue. It indirectly proves that the relationship between spleen tyrosine kinase to metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
