青年腰椎间盘突出合并纤维环钙化相关原因分析 被引量:6

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是腰腿痛常见及重要的原因,一般认为LDH是在椎间盘退变的基础上,在多种诱因的共同作用下发病。钙化型腰椎间盘突出症(Calcified Lumbardisc herniation,CLDH)则是一种特殊类型,是一种严重而长期的病理改变,但其确切的机制不详。
