探析民族地区卓越法律人才培养问题——以贵州省为视角

On the Excellent Legal Talents Training in Ethnic Regions:A Case Study of Guizhou Province

随着教育部2011年"卓越法律人才教育培养"计划在全国范围内的大力推行,培养高素质、高层次、高能力的应用型法律人才已成为各地区法律人才培养的首要目标。贵州省法学教育水平相对落后、少数民族相对较多,有必要建立一套既具有实际应用意义又有民族地域特色的法律人才培养模式,以培养民族地区卓越法律人才为宗旨,推动贵州省法制建设稳步前进。

With the implementation of the nationwide program ＂Excellent Legal Talents Education Training＂ which was worked out by Ministry of education in 2011, cultivating high-quality, high-level and high-ability applied legal talents has become the primary goal of legal talent education in various regions. In the light of the situation in Guizhou province, where there are relatively more minorities and the education level is relatively backward, it is necessary to establish a set of both practical application significance and national characteristics legal talents training mode, for the purpose of cultivating excellent legal talents in ethnic minority areas, to promote the legal construction of Guizhou province steadily.
