摘要目的探索中文版癌症自我管理效能量表(strategies used by people to promote health,SUPPH)在肺癌人群中的信、效度研究。方法采用便利抽样法选择上海市5所三级医院的254名肺癌患者进行问卷调查,通过探索性因子分析对254份问卷进行分析,评价中文版癌症自我管理效能量表在肺癌人群中的信、效度。结果中文版癌症自我管理效能量表28个条目,得到3因子结构,累计方差贡献率为71.526%,Cronbachα系数为0.864～0.973。结论中文版癌症自我管理效能量表具有良好的信、效度,适合中国文化背景下肺癌人群自我管理效能的测量。 Objective To explore reliability and validity of Chinese version of SUPPH in patients with lung cancer. Methods 254 patients with lung cancer from 5 Top-three hospitals were enrolled into this study by convenience sampling method. Exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the structure of Chinese version of SUPPH with 254 valid questionnaires. Results 28 items with three factor structure of Chinese version SUPPH was finally identified. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 71. 526% ,Cronbach＇ α coefficient ranging from 0. 864 to 0. 973. Conclusion Chinese version SUPPH has a good reliability and validity, and is suitable to measure self-care self-efficacy in patients with lung cancer in china.
