榜样教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要方法之一。随着新时期经济、社会、文化的变化,我国高校的大学生榜样教育工作面临着新的课题。本文在榜样教育现实基础上以社会学习理论为依据,构建榜样教育体系,提出高校榜样教育实效性的策略,增强榜样教育的实效性。

The Model Education is one of the important methods of ideological and political education work. With the changes in the new era of economic, social, cultural,Chinese universities are confronted with new issue on Model Education of college students.This paper is based on social learning theory model education foundation in reality, Build a Model Education system of college students,put forward effectiveness strategy of Model Education,enhance the effect of Model Education.
