摘要
目的分析广安市艾滋病流行特征并预测流行形势,为制定防治措施及对策提供科学依据。方法对广安市1998-2012年艾滋病常规监测资料进行统计分析。结果广安市截至2012-12-31累计报告HIV/AIDS 1003例,HIV/AIDS发病呈逐年上升趋势,年平均报告增长速度为45.87%,以异性性传播为主,占82.35%。结论广安市艾滋病疫情增长迅速,经性传播的HIV/AIDS越来越多,有由高危人群向一般人群扩散的趋势,需采取有效措施,遏制艾滋病蔓延。
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of HIV/AIDS in for controlling the transmission. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted AIDS in Guangan during 1998 to 2012. Results A total of 1 003 HIV/AIDS Guang＇an so as to provide scientific basis on conventional monitoring data of HIV/ cases were reported by the end of 2012. HIV/AIDS incidence had been increasing with an average annual growth rate of 45.87%. The major transmission route was by heterosexual sex, accounting for 82. 35% of the total cases. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic has been spreading rapidly in Guang＇ an since 1998,and the main transmission route is heterosexual sex. Thus pertinent measures should be timely taken towards vulnerable populations.
