摘要
混凝土碳化是影响混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素之一,CO2在混凝土结构中的扩散是混凝土碳化反应过程的真实写照。碳化反应过程中CO2在混凝土中的扩散与热传导过程中热量的传递极为相似,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS的热分析模块对挡土墙的混凝土碳化过程进行了数值模拟,结合快速碳化实验得到碳化锋面CO2浓度与混凝土碳化深度拟合关系式。
Carbonation is one of the most important elements that influence the structure endurance. It's a real attributes of carbonation process that CO2 diffuses through the concrete struc- ture. We analyzed about the similarity between the carbon dioxide in concrete carbonation process and the heat transfer in heat conduction process and proceed a numerical simulation on retaining wall with general FEM softer ware ANSYS. Compared with the results of rapid carbonization experiment we reached a equation of the density of CO2 and the depth of carbonation concrete.
