摘要
文章提出了"独立服务区"及"竞争服务区"的概念,并解析独立服务区对城乡公交运营效益的影响机理。以山东新泰城乡公交调研数据为例,采用多元回归分析验证了独立服务区对城乡公交运营效益的影响作用。最后,从独立服务区的规模和发车班次调整,竞争服务区的发车频率和服务范围调整角度,提出了城乡公交规划的新思路。
In this paper concepts of "independent service area" and "competitive service area" of urban and rural public transportation were proposed. Mechanism of independent service area' s effect to urban and rural public transportation operating efficiency was discussed. Based on data of urban and rural public transportation survey in Xintai, Shan Dong province, and by method of muhivariable regression, study showed that independent service area is an important factor for operating benefit of urban and rural transportation. Finally, new ideas used in transit planning for urban and rural areas was given from this perspective of independent service area size and operating frequencies adjustments, and competition service area' s bus frequency adjustments.
