摘要
利用ANSYS软件对铝发热盘自动浇铸系统中加筋平盘结构建模,研究其相关静力和动力问题。通过对加筋平盘结构进行静力分析,得出其受载变形和应力。结果表明:在静力作用条件下,该加筋平盘结构受载最大变形量小于2mm(不计结构自重影响),最大等效应力约为64.8MPa;分析得出加筋平盘结构设计符合要求,操作安全。
Reinforcing- platform structure in the aluminum beating- plate automatic casting system was modeled by ANSYS software, the static and dynamical problems about the structure were studied in this paper. Deformation and stress were calculated by static analysis. The maximum deformation value of reinforcing - platform structure was less than 2mm ( irrespective of the structure self - weight) ; the maximum equivalent stress was about 64.8MPa. It showed that the reinforcing -platform structure fulfills design requirements and operates softly.
