摘要
以玉米秸秆为原料,采用室内批式发酵实验,探讨料液浓度、pH值、发酵温度对厌氧消化的影响,并进行纯秸秆连续发酵实验。结果表明纯秸秆厌氧消化的最优工艺参数组合为:初始pH值6.8~7.5,料液浓度15%~25%,发酵温度35℃~45℃。1000 m3工程放大实验表明该工艺下的有效容积产气率达到1.34 m3.m-3d-1,CH4含量51%~54%,H2S浓度约为0.026%~0.029%。
Taking the corn stalks as the sole digestion material and the anaerobic sludge as the inoculation substances, the batch anaerobic digestion was conducted to investigate the effects of feed concentration, pH, and temperature on biogas production. The results showed that the optimal combination of process parameter were initial pH of 6.8 -7.5, feed concen- tration of 15% -25%, fermentation temperature of 35℃ -45℃. An amplificated test with 1000 m3 engineering system showed the volumetric biogas production rate reached 1.34 m3 · m-3d- 1 and the methane concentration was 51% -54%, the H2 S concentration appr3ximately was 0.026% - 0.029%.
