本文根据国家"十二五"规划提出的打造"首都经济圈",推动京津冀一体化发展的设想,阐述了首都经济圈的内涵和首都圈形成和发展的规律性,讨论了首都圈的规划范围及面临的难题,提出了促进京津冀一体化发展的建议。

National Twelfth Five-Year Plan proposes to construct the capital economic zone, and to promote the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. This paper expounds the connotation and regularity of the capital economic zone from its formation and development. The planning scope and problems faced are discussed and proposals for integration put forward.
