摘要
应用数理统计中“后向消去法”建立了 9种板料极限胀形高度 HL 与力学性能间的相关性数学模型。指出 σs( σs/σb) ,δu( δ)和 HV对极限胀形高度 HL 影响显著 ,而 ΔR对其基本无影响 ;降低 σs( σs/σb)和 HV,提高 δu( δ)可提高极限胀形高度 HL。实验证实 ,所建立的相关性数学模型具有一定的实用价值。
Using statistically backward elimination method, the mathematic model was established for the relativity between limiting dome height ( H L) and mechanical properties of 9 kinds of steel sheet. It was demonstrated that σ s( σ s/ σ b), δ u( δ ) and HV had obvious effect on H L while Δ R had no effect on H L basically, and H L could be increased by decreasing σ s( σ s/ σ b) and HV or by increasing δ u( δ ). It was proved by the experiments that the established mathematic model for relativity is of practical usefulness.
