摘要
对 2 0 0 MW机组高温过热器弯管爆裂事故作了分析 ,重点进行了高温过热器管材1 2 Cr1 Mo V钢的高温短时力学性能试验和高温疲劳性能试验。研究表明 。
Bent pipe bursting in high temperature superheater of a 200MW power unit was analysed. Emphasis were put on short term high temperature tensile test and high temperature fatigue test of 12Cr1MoV steel pipe. The results indicated that long term operation under ultra high temperature condition and cyclic creep damage were the main reasons of high temperature superheater bent pipe bursting of this peak load modulation power unit.
