小儿迁延性难治性支原体肺炎的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨小儿迁延性难治性支原体肺炎的临床治疗方法与效果。方法:将小儿迁延性难治性支原体肺炎160例根据治疗药物的不同分为观察组与对照组各80例,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,在此基础上观察组加用益气活血汤口服治疗。结果:观察组的总有效率为100.0%,对照组的总有效率为80.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在退热时间和咳嗽消失时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗小儿迁延性难治性支原体肺炎能发挥善于"调养"的特长,扬长避短、优势互补,从而达到积极的效果。
