综合护理干预在消化道肿瘤患者护理中的应用探讨

Application Investigation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor

目的:探讨综合护理干预在消化道肿瘤患者实施效果。方法:将108例消化道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54人,对照组护理时仅采用常规护理,观察组除此以外,采取综合护理措施,主要包括心理护理、饮食护理和健康指导干预,对比分析两组患者的护理干预效果。结果:观察组患者食欲明显好转,疼痛有明显减轻,对疾病认知情况以及日常生活能力评分与对照组相关情况比较,有明显高出(P<0.05)。结论:对消化道肿瘤患者实施综合护理干预在改善患者的生活质量中起着非同小可的作用和意义。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive implementation effect on nursing intervention on patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods 108 cases with gastrointestinal tumor were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each group had 54 cases. The control group were given routine nursing, the observation group were given the integrated nursing of mental nursing, diet nursing and health guidance intervention except the routine nursing. The nursing intervention effect of the two groups were compared. Re- suits The appetite, pain situation, disease awareness and the activities of daily living grades of the observation group were all higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Condusion The integrated nursing intervention on gastrointestinal tumor patients could significantly improve the life quality of patients
