ICU气管切开20例患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of 20 patients with tracheotomy in ICU

目的总结ICU特殊环境下气管切开的护理措施及体会。方法回顾性分析20例气管切开患者的护理措施。结果 5例(25%)患者因病情严重、长期应用高档广谱抗生素,导致反复多种多重耐药菌的感染。结论对ICU气管切开患者落实有效的基础护理和专科护理措施,严格的医院感染管理,可以减少气管切开并发症的发生及降低医院感染的发生率。

Objective To summarize nursing measures and experience of the patients with tracheotomy under particular circumstance in ICU.Methods Nursing measures of 20 patients with tracheotomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results 5 patients（25%） had repeated and multiple drug-resistance bacteria infection due to their severe conditions and long-term application of high-grade broad-spectrum antibiotics.Conclusion Implementation of positive and effective basic nursing,specific nursing measures as well as strict management of hospital infection for patients with tracheotomy in ICU can reduce tracheotomy-related complications and decrease incidence rate of hospital infection.
