摘要
目的总结应用胃肠减压治疗上消化道出血的临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析87例胃肠减压术治疗上消化道出血的临床护理资料。结果一次性置管成功率94.25%,止血总有效率96.56%。结论密切的观察和熟练、精心的护理操作可以减轻患者的痛苦,促进疾病的痊愈。
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing measures for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated with gastrointestinal decompression.Methods Clinical nursing materials of 87 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with gastrointestinal decompression therapy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Success rate of primary catheterization was 94.25%,and the total effective rate of hemostasis was 96.56%.Conclusion Close observation and practiced nursing manipulation can relieve suffering of patients and improve the rehabilitation.
