颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者围术期的护理干预

Nursing intervention for the patients with carotid endarterectomy in the perioperative period

目的总结颈动脉内膜切除术患者围术期的护理干预经验。方法回顾性分析总结18例颈动脉内膜切除术患者术前准备以及术后病情观察、切口护理、基础护理要点,评价围术期的护理措施。结果 18例患者出院时症状均得以不同程度改善,复查颈动脉超声示颈动脉通畅程度良好。结论预见性地为患者提供全面、个性化、专业化的护理能有效预防和减少术后并发症,提高手术效果,最大限度提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing interventional for patients with carotid endarterectomy（CEA） in the perioperative period.Methods Clinical materials such as preoperative preparation,postoperative observation,the wound nursing and basic nursing points in 18 patients with CEA were analyzed retrospectively,and the perioperative nursing intervention was evaluated.Results Symptoms in all of patients were improved when they discharged,and the result of ultrasound of carotid showed good patency of the carotid arteries.Conclusion Comprehensive,personalized and professional nursing for patients can effectively prevent and reduce the postoperative complications,improve the effect of surgery and improve the quality of life of patients.
