摘要
目的:研制一种放射治疗监护系统,监测放疗患者在加速器机房放疗过程中的呼吸、体温、脉搏和血氧饱和度等生理参数,解决放射治疗中可能存在的安全隐患问题。方法:采用传感器、RFID等技术,监测和评估患者放疗过程中的生理参数,借助软硬件开发平台进行系统研发与测试。结果:采用RFID技术的放射治疗监护系统,可实现对放疗患者治疗中的安全监护。结论:将RFID技术应用到放射治疗的安全监护中,能有效监测患者放疗时的生理参数,避免了医疗事故的发生。
Objective To develop a monitoring system of radiotherapy for the physiological parameters such as breath,temperature,pulse and SpO2 of the patients undergoing radiotherapy in the linear accelerator room.Methods The technologies such as sensor and RFID were used to monitor the physiological parameters of the patients going through radiotherapy,and then the software hardware platform was applied to system development and test.Results RFID-based radiotherapy monitoring system was practical and reliable.Conclusion RFID technology can be used to monitor the physiological parameters of the patient with radiotherapy,and thus the malpractice can be avoided.
