数字化医院心电信息系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Digital Hospital ECG Information System

目的:解决心电相关业务信息化管理问题,消除心电相关业务数据的"信息孤岛",提高心电相关科室的工作效率和工作质量。方法:通过对医院心电相关业务的需求分析,充分结合医院现有信息系统,采用面向对象、基于组件的可扩展的逻辑架构的n层实现及异构耦合等先进的设计思想和技术设计,实现了符合医院工作需要的心电信息系统。结果:心电信息系统的设计与开发,实现了心电相关业务的数字化管理,优化了业务流程,提高了工作效率。结论:心电信息系统是数字化医院信息系统的重要组成部分,是实现全面电子病历的重要保障,有利于提高医院的整体运行效率和医疗质量。

Objective To realize informatized management of ECG data so as to enhance the efficiency of ECG-related departments.Methods With the requirements analysis and integration with the existing HIS,some advanced ideas and technologies,such as logical architecture of object-oriented and component-based,were used to develop the system.Results The system realized the digital management of ECG data,optimized the operation flow and enhanced the working efficiency.Conclusion ECG information system,as the component of HIS,contributes a lot to the improvement of the efficiency and medical quality of the hospital.
