应用传统相纸代替部分医用X线胶片的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨对患者通过DR或CR摄影后所打印的图片,利用传统相纸代替部分医用X线胶片在机关、基层等医院中的应用。方法:随机选取2011年6月~12月通过数字X线DR摄影检查所拍摄的患者的图像300张,利用激光打印机将图像打印在X线胶片上面作为对照组,在相同条件下利用高分辨率彩色喷墨打印机将图像打印在传统相纸上面作为实验组,将2组打印的图像进行对比分析。结果:在观片灯下对2组相同的300张照片进行对比观察,打印在胶片上的图像清晰度稍好于打印在相纸上的图像,在自然光线下用彩色喷墨打印机打印的照片更具有直观性,视觉效果更好,打印成本较低。结论:在打印的图像不影响临床医生对患者进行诊治的情况下,利用彩色喷墨打印机打印在相纸上面的照片较激光打印机打印在X线胶片上面的照片存放、携带更加方便,打印机的体积占用空间小,打印成本更加低廉,在自然光线下观片更加直观,但是相纸的耐用性差,图像清晰度与打印机的分辨率有直接关系,适合用于平时患者数量少、病情轻的机关和基层等医院。 Objective To discuss the application of traditional photographic paper instead of X-ray film in institutional or primary hospitals.Methods There were 300 cases of digital DR images printed with X-ray films by the laser printer as the control group,and with traditional photographic paper by the high-resolution color jet printer as the experimental group.Then the images of the two groups were compared.Results The control group behaved better than the experimental one with the illuminator,but worse than the latter with the natural light.Conclusion When used for radiological diagnosis,traditional photographic paper,over X-ray film,gains the advantages of easy storage and carrying,low size and cost,adaption to the natural light as well as the disadvantages of poor durability and image definition related to the printer resolution,and thus fit for the institutional or primary hospitals.
